Facilities Building al Placeta del PI, Barcelona

Building renovation of a 19th century building, made up of ground floor and five upper floors, on a plot of 260 m2 to use as a playroom on the ground floor and educational resources service on the upper floors.

The work consists of the inner demolition of the building conserving until the 1st centerline of facade and building four new levels inside. The preserved area is rehabilitated internally adapting it to the new construction, and rehabilitation of the facade.
